Joceline

Model, Actress and Muse
Biography
Joceline trained originally as a ballet dancer for 10 years, and when she ended up too tall for classical ballet she diversified into contemporary and acrobatic dance. At 21 she graduated from drama school in London and has worked ever since as a professional actress. Her work to date includes playing lead roles in many Shakespeare tours, roles in British television dramas and leads in independent British feature films.
Joceline began working as a model in 2003 and immediately discovered that apart from the obvious fashion and glamour work, she enjoyed the theatricality of fetish modelling, which allows her to create ‘characters’ of more complexity and imagination than are generally needed for more traditional modelling assignments. Joceline researches modelling ‘roles’ in much the same way as she approaches acting, by ensuring she understands the personality she is putting across to the photographer or artist. She tries to find new ways of working with each new collaborator so that the results are always original.
Joceline has been delighted to work with members of the Association including China Hamilton, Paul Woods, Christopher John Ball, DouglasE, Len Gifford and Malcolm Mellon; she hopes to continue to collaborate with members – to produce original, challenging and beautiful work.
Joceline is, and will always continue to be 25 years old. She lives in London with her boyfriend and spends much of her time at dance and yoga classes in Fulham. In her spare time she makes cakes.
